Rob's at it again

From freewill astrology:
Taurus philosopher Bertrand Russell gave this testimony about what motivated him: "Three passions, simple but overwhelmingly strong, have governed my life: the longing for love, the search for knowledge, and an unbearable pity for the suffering of humanity." To be in maximum alignment with cosmic rhythms, Taurus, I suggest that you boil down your desires to a slightly altered version of Russell's: a longing to both give and receive love, a hunger for knowledge, and a yearning to alleviate the suffering of your fellow humans.
So are these three passions not universal?

"The Blessings" is about the things you gain after getting your heart broken. This song just keeps showing up on all my playlists, my morning "wake up" CD, you name it. It's probably old hat for lots of you, but for me it's real real shiny right now...
When time stopped I found the place where the poets go
And they said, "Here, have some coffee, it's straight, black and very old."
And they gave me sticks & rocks & stars & all that I could hold -
The blessings
A moment of peace even when the night ends
Yeah the blessings
Can we meet? Can we meet again?
At the crossroads of disaster & the imperfect smile
With the angel in the streetlamp that blinks on as I walk on a mile
The blessings

And the best ones were the ones I got to keep as I grew strong
And the days that opened up until my whole life could belong
It's like getting the answers when I don't need them anymore
I'm finding the pictures & I finally know what I kept them for
I remember, I can see them
See them smiling, see them stuck
See them trying, I wish them luck
and all the blessings..
You can hear a clip here; full lyrics are here (along with guitar tabs, but it doesn't appear to have spyware.)
