Sore
The garage's concrete floor is two steps down from the house. The steps are slightly steep, but I go up and down them every day.
Needless to say falling down them yesterday was annoying. Also painful. My acceleration wasn't that fast but force = mass times acceleration, and one thing I do have is mass. Fortunately I landed on my (well-padded) hip. My hip hurt, and my back and neck felt tight, but I was okay.
Until this morning. Back sore, hip sore, a general tense kind of ache through most of my bod. Ow. Ow ow ow.
So far today I've done: stretches, other relaxation exercises, and popped some ibuprofen. I followed it with a longer warm shower than usual and walked a few blocks uphill to warm up the muscles. It's tolerable...but I think I will find a deserted conference room later today and do more stretching.
