Experimenting
Oct. 3rd, 2022 04:50 pmI've been in a rut of going back to sleep each morning, about an hour after waking up. This is tied in part to a morning med that I'm not supposed to have with food or other meds.
I've been waiting an hour before getting up for other meds or breakfast. By the end of the hour I usually go back to sleep. However I've also had success in the past with just waiting half an hour. Today I took the solo med, looked at twitter for 30 minutes, then got up and continued my morning routine.
Good things with this: I don't feel the lack of sleep; I got on the treadmill before the sunroom got too hot; started treadmill before getting into a game or book.
In other "to-do items I think about without doing without doing", I setup an account on the online portal for the org that has my primary care provider and most specialists. This also let me reach out to my primary about a thing with a different medication.
The to-do list isn't dead but I'm seeing progress. :)
