Too much to absorb. Not too much to do; too much to absorb.

We looked at the house for sale across from [livejournal.com profile] dustin_00 and [livejournal.com profile] dianthus (which is also near [livejournal.com profile] damiana_swan, [livejournal.com profile] sar_anon, [livejournal.com profile] runnerwolf, & [livejournal.com profile] tshar).

And we liked it. It has room for us, for books, for offices, for a guest room. No soaking tub, but room to add a soaking tub or a hot tub or both. Only, do I want to pay what the house is worth? I can. Do I want to?

I'm looking at how the money would work (aka financing) and an agent (friend-of-a-friend) is running some comps.

Meanwhile, Jesse got a letter from King County Elections. He's been expecting such a letter re: his PCO position and asked me to fill out the form for him, write the check for the filing fee, and send it in. So while I'm checking phone messages, I open the envelope.

Turns out this letter is actually to Jesse as King County Libertarian Chair, telling him which King County positions don't have Ls running and reminding him that the party can add candidates this week only. Ok.

And the phone message was from Heidi Behrens-Benedict, who's the Democrat running against Jennifer Dunn for Congress in our district. Note that until a few weeks ago, Jesse was the Libertarian running against Jennifer Dunn.

I think my brain hurts.

I haven't written in days. I don't think I'm going to make my wednesday deadline for the book.

Best part of the day so far? SPRINGSTEEN TICKETS. Yes, I have my tickets. **Major Big Grin**
