Lately I've been on a LJ binge. I'll pick a friend and read all her past entries. It's been interestng and fun. Occasionally I'll start reading my past entries. That's less fun. I take my mistakes very personally. I get reminded of how long it took me to finish this book and I get pissed at myself. Relationship mistakes, trust misplaced - it's all there, and I get angry at myself. Grrr.

Intellectually I know I need to accept the past, learn what I can from it, and move on. Emotionally it doesn't always work that way. There are things I haven't finished dealing with. At least, not yet.

I actually feel alive today ;) Heading out with a book to a favorite place-on-the-Sound for some me time. After that will be the Integrity service. Possibly Compline too.
