I <3 iTunes
Jan. 9th, 2006 02:34 pmFriday I watched The Book of Daniel & the latest The Wittenburg Door arrived. Between the too I started thinking of an ancient Ray Stevens 45 I once had...and it turned out iTunes had it too: ( Would Jesus Wear a Rolex )
As for The Book Of Daniel, overall I liked it. It's funny and soapy and reminds me of "Six Feet Under". I loved the Jesus character. I also expect it to be canceled due to a combination of boycott, protest, and lack of interest. For evidence to the first two I note the AFA convinced stations in 2 states not to show the premiere & that the show has an Episcopal priest supporting his elder son's gayness, his Chinese son's dating whites, and his own addiction to codeine. The family is also memebers of the 'elite' in that they have a maid and the wife apparently inherited the house and - presumably - enough money to hire the maid. As for lack of interest, Friday night? C'mon.
