Standing in mountain pose with our teacher talking us into a bit of meditative calm: "Breathe deeply. Your heart is beating, you are breathing deeply, but otherwise you are standing still and at rest..."

I think: "I may appear to be doing nothing, but on a cellular level, I'm quite busy".

I smile and continue in the pose.
