&mdash Raymond's post today continues on this vein, including a link to Seattle's real-time 911 page. Last year Raymond saw twice as much activity on the 4th as the 3rd. This year? I've read that fireworks in Seattle are now "banned" (meaning, pro displays only with permit) but lots of folks are still setting them off.
