Did you know that a 16 or 17-year old can't get a driver's license in WA without their parent's assent? Which is good, since the parent is liable if the teen screws up.

Oh, and apparently some parents whose teenager got violent have called the cops to "scare" their teenager...and didn't know that that state law *requires* the perp to be arrested in domestic violence calls. Yes, a teenager assaulting his/her parent is considered DV.
