So am I the only woman I know who gets headaches along with her period? Or dizzyness?
Fatigue I understand. My bod is doing an additional task right now and it's pulling resources. Makes sense. Backache? Well, sort of. Muscle tension spreading from abdomen to back, say. Or maybe I'm feeling the uterus cramping as front and back cramps. God knows. And the dizzyness, well, I think there's a reason why I felt less dizzy after drinking some liquids. Less scattered, too. And I'm glad I went for a walk ... I feel more relaxed.
But why does my head hurt when I have my period? I don't get it...
