jenkI got some pills to reduce the inflammation in my throat & tonsils. Breathing throught my mouth and swallowing are suddenly easier. Woohoo!
Oh, and despite what my throat looks like, the strep screen was negative.
I'm still going to lay low tonight - humidifier's on, drinking ice water now, tea & tylenol at the ready. I picked up a new 'cool mist' humidifier - cheap, easy to clean, but noisy! I seem to remember my old cool humidifier being quieter than the one my folks got me but it might have been nostalgia. (Anyone local want a 'warm mist' humidifier?)
