...oatmeal on a cold morning. Hadn't made this in a while, so I had it with my omelet this morning.
1 cup apple juice
1/3 cup oatmeal
Nutmeg & cinnamon to taste

Simple, no? Heat apple juice & oatmeal on medium-low heat for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add seasonings, eat hot.

My hip is still sore, and there are assorted other twinges, but things are doing okay. I've gone up and down the stairs about 5 times since I slipped. Oh, and the hiccups I got around 11:30 are finally GONE (hallelujah!), Jesse brought me chocolate-chip cookies, and I'm on page 103.
