jenkSaw Chris & Sue today. Picked up some baskets. Ye flippin' God. Years and years ago, I bought two (2) Longaberger baskets. Sturdy, maple, useful, still have them. But I didn't seek out more. No need.
Then Lisa gave me a Longaberger basket for Christmas.
Then Sue invited me to 2 Longaberger basket parties at Betsy's.
Then Lisa gave me a Longaberger basket for my birthday.
I now have NINE (9) baskets. Oof. And I promised Betsy I'd host a party. Oh, MY. Anyway. Sue made some coffee and we looked at her beads and talked - about being poly, and building chosen family, about life. I enjoy doing that; we should invite Chris & Sue over more often (when they have time!)
Jesse made chicken parmigiana for dinner....mmmm.
