Going > 24 hours eating nothing but a Jack-In-The-Box chicken sandwich, a cookie, and some chocolate is *NOT* good for my blood sugar and leads to headaches, fatigue, crying spells, nausea, and getting overstimulated very easily.

Eat, damn it!

(Especially before going to a PARTY!)
