I turned off the alarm after the first phone call, but the second woke me up pretty firmly. In between the two I had an idea of how to start my next chapter - and how to facilitate the make-up (it's a romance, they *have* to make-up). So I did 2 pages of writing as I ate breakfast, followed by some scales. Ow. Left wrist still sore, so I stopped after a few scales and took some ibuprofen with my allergy pill & vitamins.

I put on some music, stretched & danced a bit to get my blood moving. Jesse came home from his lunch appointment and brought me yogurt. Yummy. Showered, dressed, and now I'm catching up on the net before diving back into the make-up.
