What was Dumbledore thinking in letting Umbridge take over?

Why did Umbridge survive? The centaurs seemed murderous to *me*...

Why did Umbridge admit to ordering the Dementors to go after Harry? Did anyone else hear?

Was I the only one yelling "Snape! Snape!" at the kids from the moment Harry thought Voldemort had Sirius?

Are Lily's parents dead? Where did we learn that?

I don't think Harry's reaction to Snape's memories were what Snape thought it would be. Wonder how that's going to be dealt with?
