Jesse road trip report

jenkJesse drove some friends of Torin's up to Mt Rainier on Monday. He dug around Sunday night looking for music to have in the car (Him: "Wanderlust, Life's Flame...where's a copy of Gaia Circles?" Me: "In the car. It's usually right by the Secret Voices and Festival Wind". Him: "So, both Gaia Consort albums are in the car?" Me: "Yes".)
So Jesse gets back and says, "We got through the 1st verse of Empty Sky and Pierce said, "Jesus Christ!". I asked him what he meant, and he said, "That guy really knows how to write lyrics".
It took me a few minutes to process this. After deliberately loading up the car with Heather & Chris, he's playing Bruce Springsteen? Who is this man and where is my husband?
