Now that you know the level my brain is working at....

Counseling session today. Yes, I'm doing them twice a week, and they are taking a hell of a lot of effort these days. I like the changes I'm making but aaaaarrrgh I'm losing 3-4 days a week just on the sessions & recovery & journaling. And I'm not journaling every day, either (most of what's here goes there, lots of there doesn't go here).

I'm thinking I'm going to have to take a bit of time off from the HOA. I'm just not all there right now, and I'm just not getting the stuff done that needs doing.

Thank god for chocolate. Yes, I'm hitting it hard these days....
