handheld seasickness

Am I the only person who gets nauseous from handheld camera shots?

A bit of last night's "Painkiller Jane" movie made me seriously nauseous. Today I tried to watch BSG's the "the story so far" clip but the opening had me double-checking that my chair wasn't moving...shortly thereafter I gave up.

I know hand-held is all the rage. Firefly used it a lot. But no, I'm not adding Blair Witch to my Netflix queue!
