I think part of why I felt crappy last night was that I didn't eat until 11:30 or noon yesterday. Dinner was 8 hours after that.
I just ate an omelet and am nibbling on scones. I feel better than I did an hour ago.
And since I'm awake and it's not yet hot, I loaded the dishwasher and got it running, moved the kitchen chairs and started the roomba in there, and put my laundry in the dryer. This makes me feel good too.
Later I may take a nap, because I know 5 hours isn't enough sleep for me.
