Eyesight grrrs

jenkGrr the first: Eyestrain reading a book. A nice hardback even, not a paperback. Yes, I've known since college that using a computer (or TV) without my glasses results in a headache, but I've always been able to read a book. Damn.
Grr the second: Eyestrain continued throughout the day. Toss in that I don't remember when I last had an eye exam, and I think it's time. I know some people have their eyes change yearly - I used to - but after a few years where they didn't change I got used to not having to get new glasses. Heck, I've even got sunglasses in the same perscription.
Oh, and I have a headache.
