Wow...Indigo Girls

walbourn gave me a ticket to see Indigo Girls at South Lake Union Park. I danced, I watched babies and sailboats, I saw the moon come up. I laughed hysterically when Girlyman played "Son of a Preacher Man"...with Nate on lead vocals. Definitely a new twist for that song! (Gee, and Nate mentions polyamory on their website.) I reflected that Let It Be Me could have been written last week, rocked to Emily's jamming on ChickenMan, laughed at the little kids dancing around, let go of about 10 lbs of tension during Cold Beer & Remote Control, discovered Amy Ray's Let It Ring ("That's for the guy with the sodomy sign outside every show").... It was good.
