I am so not a good girl

When I tell my daughter that I'm not a good girl, this is what I mean. It's good to have nice looking nails, it's better to be able to do something with those fingers. I'll wear impractical shoes for dressy events, and I like a corset or waist-cincher when the occasion calls for it, but on a day to day basis pretty doesn't cut it. What you are able to do, is more important than how you look while you do it. Don't just stand around looking pretty, do something.
