Work parties are so boring

jenkA cowboy has joined the disco dave, devil, biker, Eminem, and me. A few other folks are wearing black & orange or halloween-themed shirts. One has orange shoes on. Oh, and Jordi (happy teenager golden retriever-like mutt) is wearing a ladybug costume.
Kids have started to show up too. I spotted an Elmo, Superman, and another ladybug (humanoid this time).
Ze potluck includes homemade veggie soup (courtesy of the owner), a couple spinach dips, chips with homemade salsa & guac, bitesize chocolate-covered cheesecake cubes (mmmmm), brownies, a feta spread with crackers, cold cuts, cream puffs (also the owner), various other cookies, lemon tarts, and other yummies. However will I cope with this tedium?
Oh my. Shomik has somehow acquired an Afro. Eep.
