The first time I heard this song I was surprised. A song about self-acceptance and self-discovery is fine, but I wasn't expecting it on a Christian album. The lyrics seems a bit childish. Yet, over time it became the song I'd dig that old tape out to listen to.

And every once in a while I find I still need to stop hiding and be me.
