jenkUS Daylight Savings Time has been starting the 1st Sunday in April since the 80s; going forward it's the 2nd Sunday in March.
(At least we won't lose an hour during Norwescon!)
More info : US Naval Observatory & Microsoft's site, which also has loads of info for IT types for its products that care about DST. If you just want to patch one windows box, go to http://update.microsoft.com in IE (and if you run automatic updates or have done updates in the last month or two, you probably already have it.)
