Using Paypal at an event?

Came home to find my account limited and my Conflikt transaction (next year's reg, purchased for $5 off at this year's con, using the reg computer to access Paypal) locked. Apparently signing into another person's computer (or one computer doing multiple transactions or something) is deemed suspicious.

Funny how they had me

• Change my password
• Set new security settings
• Confirm my landline phone number for the address where my credit card bills are sent

... but I did not see any option for "If you did not initiate this transaction, then notify us by _______________." I gather they assumed it was me, but that Conflikt reg was running a password harvesting program or something...
